All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 5 days from receipt of goods
Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages
Request for changes are required to be in writing. While every attempt to honour change requests will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or cancelled
